Use the website lawfully and provide accurate, complete information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service or infringe the rights of others. Keep your account credentials secure.
Product information and orders
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices may be corrected when errors are identified. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount, subject to applicable law.
Manufacturer-rated speed, range and other performance figures depend on test conditions. Actual results can vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, riding mode and battery condition. This does not remove your rights if a product is faulty or misdescribed.
Prices and payment
Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, discounts and payment options are calculated or disclosed before you confirm the order, where applicable. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown.

Responsible product use
Assemble, charge, maintain and use your scooter according to its supplied instructions. Check the laws that apply where you intend to ride, including age, helmet, registration, insurance, speed and riding-location requirements. A product specification or certificate does not, by itself, grant permission to ride on public roads.
Read the manual for your model before use. Do not use a product in an unsafe, unlawful or unintended manner.
Intellectual property and third-party services

Payment providers, carriers, external video hosts and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Review them when using those services. To the extent permitted by law, KuKirin Rides is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the site or products. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and providing any notice required by law. Updates do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
